MLP prize draw terms and conditions

 

The promoter of this prize draw is The Marketing Lounge Partnership, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 06467245) and having its registered office at the Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA4 4PG (“MLP”).

Entry to this prize draw shall constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon entry to the prize draw.

 

Entrants to the prize draw

  1. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over.
  2. Entrants must not be employees of the promoter, or in any way associated with the administration of this prize draw.
  3. Entries will be accepted into the prize draw by uploading a picture with Moona Lisa to LinkedIn and tagging @Marketing Lounge Partnership.
  4. The promoter will not be responsible for the non-inclusion on entries as a result of technical failure or otherwise, including as such failure which is within the control of the Promoter. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

 

Winners and prizes

  1. The prize draw will close on the 20/11/2024.
  2. The prize winner will be randomly selected no later than 5 working days after the prize draw close date. The winner will be selected by a randomised computer process which produces verifiably random results.
  3. The prize will be 1 x Take Time Experience pack.
  4. Winner will be notified by LinkedIn message within 30 days of the prize draw close date. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid entries that were received during the prize draw period.
  5. Winner will be required to submit their email address within 30 days of receiving the LinkedIn message notifying them of their win. Failure to submit their email address within 30 days will result in re-draw and forfeiture of the prize.
  6. There is no cash or prize alternatives available.
  7. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  8. Winner is personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses incurred in claiming or using the prize.

 

Delivery of the prize

After submission of a valid email address, the winner should allow 14 working days for their prize to be delivered to their email address.
