12 Cows of Christmas Terms and Conditions

Eligibility & entry:

  1. The 12 Cows of Christmas competition (the “Promotion”) is being run by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 6467245, whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4PG, the “Operator”).
  2. By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
  3. The Promotion is only open to residents  of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years and over.
  4. There are 12 daily prize draws from 11th December 2023 to 23:59 on 22nd December 2023 GMT inclusive (the “Closing Date”). Any attempted entry after the Closing Date will be invalid for entry to the prize draw. Refer to clause 8 below.
  5. The Promotion is not open to the employees of The Marketing Lounge Partnership, the Operator.

Winner selection and notification:

  1. The cut off points for each prize draw will be by midnight GMT on the dates as follows:
  • Prize Draw 1: Entries made on 11th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 2: Entries made on 12th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 3: Entries made on 13th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 4: Entries made on 14th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 5: Entries made on 15th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 6: Entries made on 16th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 7: Entries made on 17th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 8: Entries made on 18th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 9: Entries made on 19th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 10: Entries made on 20th December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 11: Entries made on 21st December inclusive.
  • Prize Draw 12: Entries made on 22nd December inclusive.
  1. Prize draws to establish winners will take place the following working day of the closing entry date i.e. the prize draw taking place on 11th December, winners will be chosen on the 12th(where the draw falls on a weekend, then the draw will take place on the next working day)
  2. Winners will be notified via LinkedIn direct message on the same day of the draw.
  3. Winners will be required to contact MLP via instructions provided on direct message and provide an email address or postal address for prize fulfilment purposes.
  4. Physical prizes may take up until 31st January 2024 for the winners to receive.
  5. Entrants who win a prize using false, or inaccurate information will have their prize rescinded.


  1. Prizes are supplied by the Operator.
  2. Prizes will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries. The Marketing Lounge Partnership decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The Operator will not be responsible for any delays caused by any third parties (e.g. the postal service and internet service providers).
  4. Prizes do not include any costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, including but not limited to travel, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, accommodation, tax or personal expenses.
  5. Prizes cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for a cash alternative.
  6. If the winners of prizes do not contact MLP via telephone by 5th January 2024 to provide an email or postal address for fulfilment purposes , The Marketing Lounge Partnership reserves the right to not issue the prize to the winner.


  1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Operator, their group companies, their employees, and their agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation): a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion; b) any changes to, supply of or use of the prize; and c) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Operator’s reasonable control.
  2. Participants will have no claim or action whatsoever against the Operator, their group companies, their employees, and their agents their agents, employees or agencies as a result of participating in the Promotion.
  3. The Operator reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
  4. The Operator, their group companies, their employees, and their agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; which may restrict, delay or prevent the transmission or receipt of your entry or which may be regarded as spam or junk mail.
  5. If the Operator has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or un-sportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion or any entry) the Operator reserves the right (in their sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with such activity.


  1. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and by entering the Promotion you release LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from any action or claim arising out of the Promotion.

  3. Where prizes are third party products or service those third parties’, privacy policies will also be applicable and acceptance may be a condition of receipt of the product or service.
  4. If any provision or part-provision of the agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.
  5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion.
