MLP manage De’Longhi’s Money back guarantee campaign.
Customers are able to trial their Bean to Cup Machine and if they don’t like it, are able to get their money back.
Customers make their claim via MLP’s website, where they upload their sales receipt. If the customers claim is eligible MLP validate the claim and send the customer an email which contains their returns label.
The customer sends their product into MLP’s warehouse where it is quality checked. Once the product has passed its quality check MLP refund the customer via bank transfer.
