Operating within a data‑driven, client‑facing environment, the analyst will turn complex data into compelling commercial insight. While the role sits firmly within commercial analytics, it operates in an ISO27001‑certified organisation, meaning insight delivery must balance commercial value with responsible and secure data use. The role sits at the intersection of commercial performance, finance, and data, collaborating closely with all teams to support insights, forecasting, and performance reporting.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience using Microsoft Power BI and Excel, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives
- Support KPI tracking and performance reporting across multiple business areas
- Assist with ROI analysis and commercial performance reviews
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across datasets and dashboards
- Work with the DCO to ensure insight delivery supports secure, trusted, and audit‑ready data use without slowing commercial delivery

- Present findings confidently, focusing on “what it means,” “why it matters,” and “what to do next”

- Experience within a commercial, operational, or client-focused environment
- Understanding of data visualisation best practices
- Good awareness of data governance/security in an ISO27001 environment

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, naturally curious, and motivated by using data to improve business performance. They enjoy turning numbers into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable commercial outcomes. They are confident working with senior stakeholders and clients and understand that strong data governance and security are enablers of trust, credibility, and scalable commercial growth — not barriers to pace.
