Post Office asked MLP to create a rewards programme for their Drop & Go customers. Drop & Go is a service for regular senders, business customers and marketplace sellers that allows customers to drop all their parcels at a local Post Office branch with no queuing or scanning. They wanted to drive new registrations and activation whilst also increasing the frequency of use with existing customers too.
Using our insight into the customer base and feedback from Postmasters, Drop & Go Rewards was created, delivering a tiered ‘treats’ programme, with new customers being able choose a £10 Uber Eats or a HelloFresh box and existing customers being able to choose an experiential reward worth up to £200 such as a hotel stay for two, a family day out or up to twelve bottles of wine delivered to their door (dependent on their spend).
