Last year, we kicked off our very first Loyalty Fan Club in Old Trafford, Manchester, and what a fantastic couple of days they were!

It was packed with great marketing and loyalty minds, hands on interactive workshops, and plenty of chances to build some fantastic connections with other experts across various industries.

Why the football theme? Well, loyalty in football is about so much more than lifting trophies. True fans stick by through the glory days and the tough seasons. Loyalty is about backing your team come rain or shine and celebrating when they finally find the back of the net. That’s exactly the kind of loyalty you need to build, turning your customers into diehard fans.

This year, we’re back again with two days of learning, sharing and a competition at the end of it (who doesn’t love a bit of friendly competition). with fresh content and new sessions to keep your loyalty game onside, all designed to help you turn customers into diehard fans for life.
