Our mission was to build a seamless rewards experience for Toolstation Club members, to reward their existing customers, boost retention and improve NPS. The result? A loyalty programme that’s as reliable as their power tools and just as rewarding as a job well done. And with over 100,000 sign ups in the first three months, now hitting 300,000 in just a year, it’s safe to say it’s been a tool-tal success.

Toolstation Club is all about keeping things simple and rewarding. It’s a straightforward and smooth system that makes sure loyal customers get the perks they deserve, right when they need them. We integrated:

•  Easy access with SSO for effortless logins
•  API transactional data feeds for real time updates
•  Existing app integration to ensure a seamless customer journey

This means that from the moment a customer shops, their rewards are tracked and updated instantly, so there’s no waiting around.

We’ve rolled out the Stamp Card Campaign, as a fun and effective way to say “thank you” to Toolstation’s loyal customers. Here’s how it worked:

Spend £50+ per transaction, get a stamp – it’s as simple as that!

•  5 stamps? Enjoy a £5 Costa voucher – a little treat for the journey.
•  7 stamps? Grab a Greggs Sausage Roll (or Vegan Roll) – the perfect fuel for a busy day.
•  10 stamps? Cow-abunga! There’s a choice of these rewards:
–  Night Away for Two
–  Road Angel Halo Dash Cam
–  £100 Toolstation Voucher

The best part? It’s all automated! Customers receive real time updates via email to track their stamp progress. And if they weren’t quite there yet, they get a friendly nudge on how to earn more stamps. No hassle, just the right tools for the job!
